In Our Own Image...

"And Elohim said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth." Genesis 1:25

Man was plural as Yahweh is plural when he first made him. "And YHVH Elohim caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; And the rib, which YHVH Elohim had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man." Genesis 2:22-23

It really could be explained as side not rib in the hebrew. So Yahweh took man who was made after his image and split him in half and created female. Adam realized that is was part of him.

Mankind is made in the image of Yahweh in heaven. Yahweh is more than one. How many we don't know. More than is understandable by us.

For us as a country(USA) to just think that we are mire animals is crazy. We are different and special.. "And YHVH Elohim formed man [of] the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul." Genesis 2:7 That is why we are more than mire animal.
